Terms of Service

By accessing or using Larpek (“we”, “us”, or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of Larpek constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future updates we publish.

Larpek is a premium creator platform offering time-limited or recurring access products and permanent or lifetime digital-access products. All Larpek products are designed strictly for entertainment, parody, demonstrations, mockups, content creation, and educational purposes. Nothing displayed inside Larpek represents real financial accounts, real transactions, or verified information about any person or entity.

You agree not to use Larpek for fraud, impersonation of real institutions, financial deception, market manipulation, coercion, extortion, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you present, caption, and share any content produced with Larpek, including any disclosures that may be required by the platforms or audiences you distribute it to. Larpek is not liable for how you choose to use its products.

Access requires signing in with Discord and holding the applicable active access or purchased product. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, share access credentials, attempt to resell content, or abuse our systems.

Larpek may offer products for a defined access period, recurring subscriptions, and one-time permanent or lifetime digital access. The product and billing terms shown at checkout govern the purchase you select. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Larpek grants access after the payment or no-cost checkout is successfully confirmed through the applicable checkout flow.

Eligible purchases may be submitted for an ordinary refund request within 7 calendar days after confirmed payment. Permanent or lifetime digital-access purchases are final sale once payment is confirmed and access is provided, except where applicable law or another stated exception requires a remedy. Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals according to Larpek’s cancellation controls and does not automatically refund a payment already collected. All Larpek dashboards, interfaces, library assets, and product content remain the property of Larpek. Your subscription or purchase gives you personal access to use these materials within the scope of your own content creation. Redistribution, resale, public repackaging, sharing of account access, or reverse engineering of any Larpek product is strictly prohibited.

Larpek is not a financial institution, broker, exchange, or advisor. Nothing displayed inside Larpek constitutes financial advice or represents real assets, real balances, real portfolios, or real transactions. Any figures shown are for demonstration and content creation only.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly compatible with every device or browser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larpek and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or reputation arising from your use of the Service or the content produced with it.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service and/or our official Discord and Telegram channels. Your continued use of Larpek after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
